I can not open your article. I would really like to read what you have to say about land appraising. I have been appraising many types of land for 28 years. All I do is land and commercial appraising and I feel I have a very good format for doing this. It would be good to compare your notes with mine, as we eacg might have an idea or two to compare. Don
