The story of Landvalue Solutions is the age old story.  We were looking for a product in the marketplace that didn’t exist, and in the end we decided we should build it.  Now that we have, we’d never go back.  Appraiser Pro makes our job so much easier.  Without this software we’d quit this job.

We have a new problem though, in order for this software to truly make a difference and be sustainable we need more people to use it.  Up to this point we’ve been busy doing appraisals and incrementally improving the software as we go along, but we haven’t found our tribe of evangelist users who want to use and champion the software with us.

Now it’s time to grow.  We are looking for customers who want to use cutting edge tools, who like being part of a bigger story, and who are Rural Land Appraisers.  The best part is that because we’ve been quietly using this software in our business and with a few early adopters over the last 10 years, this is not a beta product.  The software is stable, refined, and is really ready for prime time.

This truly is an end to end software solution for Rural Land Appraisers and we think that once the word gets out, this is going to be the go-to solution for professionals in this niche industry.  To get that word out we need a few pioneers who are interested in being at the forefront of innovation, who aren’t afraid of technology tools, and are willing to spread the word about exciting new technology.
